Per-unlock pricing

Set per region by us, visible to you before you unlock.

Each lead carries a captured price. We set three prices per region — one for each slot cap the pet owner can choose. Fewer slots = more exclusive = higher price (because you face less competition).

When you’re approved, your account gets one free lead unlock. Pick any lead in your area — 3-, 5-, or 8-slot, doesn’t matter — and unlock it free. No rand value attached and no expiry.

Billing FAQ

Is there a minimum top-up?
R10. Maximum is R10,000 per transaction. Both caps are sanity guards — set in the wallet config and adjustable as the platform matures.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayFast — card (Visa, Mastercard), instant EFT, SnapScan, and mobile wallets. ZAR only. No international cards. PayFast is the SA-native payment gateway used by most local platforms.
What happens to my wallet balance if I stop using the platform?
Nothing — it stays. There’s no expiry. If you come back in eighteen months, your balance is still there. If you want your account closed under POPIA, email us and we’ll remove your data within 48 hours.
When does a refund actually happen?
When you raise a dispute and we approve it — we review every dispute and refund genuine bad leads (like invalid contact details) as wallet credit. Refunds go to your wallet, not back to your card. You spend it on the next lead.
Does Premium auto-renew?
Yes — monthly via PayFast subscription billing. Cancel at any time from your dashboard; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Is the lead price the same every month?
We can change regional pricing as supply and demand shift. Existing leads keep the price that was captured at booking time — pet owners don’t see retroactive changes either. We’ll always announce price changes before they take effect.
