A pet owner books

Someone in your suburb requests grooming and picks how many groomers can see it. You're notified — you see the pet, breed, service, area and time, but not their contact details yet.

You unlock the ones you want

Like the look of a lead? Unlock it at the price shown. Now you see the owner's name and number. Skip the ones that aren't for you — you only pay for what you choose.

You win the customer

Call or WhatsApp them, book the groom, and keep them as your client. If the lead's genuinely bad, dispute it for a wallet refund. That's the whole loop.

What does it cost?
Nothing to join. You pay per lead you choose to unlock — roughly R20–R100 depending on your region and the slot tier, shown in rand before you unlock. No monthly fee. Your first lead is on us.
Do I keep the customers I win?
Yes. We send you new pet owners; everything after that — the booking, repeat visits, the relationship — is yours. We never sit between you and your regulars.
What if a lead is bad?
Dispute it in the app within 7 days of unlocking. An admin reviews every dispute and refunds genuine bad leads — invalid contact details, duplicates, or customers outside your area — as wallet credit. Leads that simply didn't convert aren't refundable.
How many leads will I get?
Honest answer: it depends on demand in your suburb, and we're growing region by region. We quote real numbers for your area before you sign up — we never promise volume we can't deliver.
How do I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel — no subscription. Just stop using it; any wallet balance stays yours. Want your account removed under POPIA? Email us and we delete within 48 hours.
